- Steve takes Laura back to the facility.

- After waking up, Laura finds herself locked in the maximum security area. She is personally experimented on by Steve, mostly using 'safe' formulas (he doesn't want to lose his prized pet, after all). Transform, revert, and observe mental and physical reactions.

- After a month and a half, he grows bored of his torture and moves Laura in with the other test subjects. Lower management makes a critical mistake - they allow old coworkers to see her and conduct experiments with her.

- The employees are easily swayed by their former coworker, and Laura is eventually allowed out of the cell for 'good behavior'. They destroy records and keep lower management from interfering, so that they have no idea of what's going on.

- With assistance, Laura escapes into the parking lot, where she is hidden in one of the company's cars. The security is disabled by a crafty coworker (since the detection gate normally will notice if there's an animal life form in someone's car, indicating someone taking an experiment home), and Laura makes her escape.

- The coworkers keep the façade going, eventually forging records that Laura had been moved back to 'low priority'. She was 'moved back' to the last testing cages, marked as 'incompatible with most serums', and effectively disappeared from the place.

- Outside of the facility, Laura conspires with coworkers to undo the management - if they can take down Steve, then they can dump the entire operation by stealing his access card. Plans go smoothly, with Laura personally putting together her own serum for her revenge.

- After another month's worth of planning, she is smuggled back into the facility using the same security hole. Steve is informed of a breakthrough with her, and he is brought down to her cell. He opens the door, the cell door on the opposite side is opened, and Laura jabs him with the same knockout fluid that he used on her.

- Steve wakes up, tied to a chair. He struggles but finds himself unable to escape as Laura quotes back his lines to him, twirling his keycard between her fingers as he starts to change. She leaves the room, slamming the door shut as her coworkers abruptly seize the rest of the management, sealing them in the remaining areas.

- Steve is horrified to find that he is quickly losing any ability to hold onto things...and then, to walk. Laura giggles wildly at her triumph, then waves and leaves despite his protests.
